ABKONI was started in 2018 by Niklas Nilsson and is focused towards the management of HSEQ within large projects. Niklas is a qualified engineer with more than 15 years experience in the construction industry across multiple disciplines. Project types include large civil operations, such as tunnels and bridges, as well as projects within the process industry and windpower. Niklas has significant experience with HSEQ at both a strategic and operative level, and is well versed with the ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 management systems.

Experienced with all relevant laws and regulations (including Systematic Health and Safety) and their application on projects in practice.

Fully conversant in ISO 45001: Health and Safety Management System.

Environment

Project environmental management at an operative level.

Fulfillment and compliance of environmental requirements, including chemicals, polluted soils, chose of methods, materials and machines.

Fully conversant in ISO 14001 Environmental Management.

Risk

Extensive project risk management experience across all phases of production, including design, execution and future operations.

Highly experienced in identifying hazards, assessing and analyzing risks, identifying and following up control measures, as well as reporting and auditing all processes.

Fully conversant in ISO 31000: Risk Management System.
